The team of the Vascular Center, Städtischen Klinikum St. Georg, with its two directors Dr. Nicula and Dr. Gazis successfully treated the first patient with our BYCROSS device. 
Due to this method, a perfect result was achieved after the initial atherectomy and a subsequent moderate PTA with a DEB. Stenting was not necessary.
